Privacy Policy
Last updated · July 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SymphonyAI (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Octave. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service well.
1. Information we collect
Account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier. Content — the questions, documents, and other Input you submit, and the Output generated for you. Usage data — basic technical information such as session activity, device and browser details, and error logs used to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, generate advisory responses, save your sessions and history, secure accounts, respond to support requests, and improve Octave. We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI processing & subprocessors
To generate responses, your Input is sent to third-party AI model providers that process it on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security commitments. We share data with infrastructure, hosting, and database providers strictly as needed to run the service. We do not use your Input or Output to train third-party foundation models where a provider offers a no-training path.
4. Data retention
We retain your account and session data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete individual sessions at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. Changes & contact
We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@symphonyai.agency.
